IT BALANCED SCORECARDS

Evolve from a culture of reports to a culture of improvement

As ITSM Tools have matured so have their abilities to provide fabulous quantities of reports. Though if everything is important to measure aren't we really then saying that nothing is. How do we distil the critical few measures from the important many.

Improvement Scorecards encourage action!

Why a scorecard?

Our scorecards enable effective sorry telling about performance. Rather than show senior management operational or statistical reports we encourage the telling of an improvement story. Like any good story you need a beginning (a baseline), a middle (current performance) and an end (a goal) and it needs to be easy to communicate and understand.

A single improvement score

What if we could distill all the metrics and our current performance into a single number that would let anyone who needs to know how we are performing in relation to our goals for the year. That is the basis of ThinkITSM's improvement scorecard - one number to rule them all!!!

We offer the following Practice Balanced Scorecards:

1.  Service Desk and Incident Management (SDIM)

2.  Change Management

3.  Problem Management

4.  Knowledge Management

5.  Request Management

6.  IT Asset Management (ITAM)

7.  Service Asset and Configuration management (SACM)
